One of the things I love about Bikram Yoga is that each class consists of the same sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, performed in the same order for a full 90 minutes.

…getting out of bed in the morning. It’s only because I love taking the first Bikram Yoga class of the day. On the weekdays it’s 6am and on the weekends it’s 8am. There are so many reasons why I love doing Bikram first thing in the morning.
